We predict Apple is launching a future MacBook with a touch screen LCD and has multi-touch enabled, not just multi-touch on the trackpad. Apple will not call it a tablet computer and it will run the full Snow Leopard, not iPhone OS.

Thanks for the reminder of iPod event in September/October. But we believe many developers are interested in the spec of future iPod touch model. With the API support of accessories in iPhone 3.0, we see iPod touch becoming the preferred hardware rather than iPhone for accessories based solutions.

Sorry if this post has wasted your precious time.

"Where is the multi-touch MacBook? We speculate Apple is working on a multi-touch MacBook, which will have its own launch event after Snow Leopard’s release in September. And the new touch screen MacBooks will fill the void of Apple MacBook line, which now consists of just one model."

While I'm sure you meant an apple tablet or a "big" iPod Touch...the truth is that all current macbooks have multitouch.

"We struggled internally to understand why Apple removes the ExpressCard slot in MacBook Pro 13/15 inch models and replaces them with SD card slot. If it is for space saving, Apple might as well do away with SD slot altogether."

Schiller said that low, single-digit percentages, of their customers used this port. However, he noted, many use digital cameras often, and so an SD card (a fairly standardized format) makes plenty of sense. Even if you don't like it, it's not hard to understand.

I imagine that many pro photographers are ecstatic over the inclusion of an SD card slot.

"Apple showed off using MobileMe service to locate missing iPhone and killed off its content remotely. This looks like a killer app for MobileMe. But we were hoping Apple could reduce MobileMe subscription further, or bundle it free with Mac OS X."

How is this a critique of the Keynote? It's not. It's just "Man, I wish this was free!"

"Apparently WWDC is not an event for iPod or iPod touch as there is no new model announcement. Will we see a new iPod touch model to go along with iPhone OS 3.0 on June 17 or June 19?"

This blogger apparently does no research. Apple has typically held iPod events in September/October. Again, how is this a suggestion for WWDC --- A DEVELOPERS CONFERENCE!?!?

The title should have been something along the chair of "Wishlist from an armchair product manager."
