Scroll down to “Allowed Content” section and tap on Websites. And select the Limit Adult Content option. This settings will use the filtering mechanism of Safari to filter off known adult sites. Please be aware that it is impossible for this filtering to be 100% accurate at blocking porn sites. As such, the settings page include the “Never Allow” section for you to manually add in adult web site that are not detected by Safari.

Once Restrictions is setup, iOS will prompt for your device passcode if you attempt to access the Restrictions settings page. Thus it is crucial that you do not hand over your device passcode to your kids.

This restrictions apply to only Safari browser. If you have a third party browser such as Chrome in your iPhone or iPad, you need to setup porn site filters provided by that third party browser. The best solution is simply to remove those third party browsers completely, and setup restrictions to prevent “Installing Apps” from the same restrictions setting page.
